Wait–you’re listening to an song dedicated to Syd Barrett, and you don’t know who he is?

  17. km86868 says:

Syd Barrett was the original singer of Pink Floyd… He had a problem with acid and dropped off the deep end before they ever became a commercial success….. Dave Gilmore replaced him as the singer. Pink Floyd supported him for the rest of his life, most of which was spent in and out of institutions. The damage done was permanent, and he passed away in 2006, check out Rolling Stone Magazine, they did a big article about it when he died.

    For gietek
My opinion: if someone is the fastest keyboardist in the world it doesn’t mean this man is the best keyboardist. First you need creativity, You could play slow and be creative as you could play fast and give no emotions to the listener

  21. redkef says:

This version was taped on a video commercial selling the “MG” autos, around 1976. Showed a plane flying with an MG as cargo. Planes hatch door opened and out went the MG, seconds later a parachute opens, gently sending the car earthward, car touches ground and parachute drapes over it. Someone drove it away. COOOOOL commercial, great tune, excellent vid.
